ABOUT OUR MEMBERSHIPS

There are no lock in contracts at Trilemma. All memberships can be canceled or paused at any time.

BUT…

They are memberships, just like any other gym. They are processed via ongoing automatic direct debit, and are only paused or cancelled once you tell us to!

Payments are in advance, not arrears. That means every time you’re charged, it’s for the upcoming week. So in the unlikely event that you cancel, you owe the green triangle nothing. Except for an apology for quitting. Boo!

If you miss a payment, we don’t charge any fees. We think thats gammon. Just whack some money on your attached payment method, and the system will process payment the next day. Or the day after. Or the day after.

And lastly, if you really want to train but money is the reason you can’t, please reach out and we can work something out. Yes this is a business, but some things are more important than Australian Dollars.

Family discounts

We do them. It’s $5 off per family member, then $10 for the next, then $15 etc. until it becomes free for the 6th kid because hey, you deserve it. Well done. Family discounts apply for any family structure that include at least 1x kids membership.
